I.T. Support/Service At Hourly Rates
If your issue is not covered under our pre-defined service list, you can hire us by the hour. Whether you would like some assistance on using your new piece of software or hardware or even setting up your internet telphony software to talk to your family on the other side of the world, we will be able to provide you with a free quotation and then carry out the work for you. In many cases it is possible to carry out the work remotely so we are able to do it there and then! Of course, our no fix, no fee policy applies to this service.
Price: £30 Per hour (minimum 1hr)
£7.50 per 15 minutes thereafter
