Hello, and welcome to Home IT Care. We are an IT Support company dedicated to providing support specifically to home users based in the North East of England. We are IT Professionals who have 10 years experience of offering high quality technical support and consultancy services for all aspects of computing and networks. We believe that home based users should be entitled to the same level of support that businesses receive, at an affordable rate, without technical jargon or any sales pitch.
Our trading hours are suited to you, the home user, and we are available at times when you are most likely to need us. You can speak to us on weeknights from 5pm to 11pm, or any time on a Saturday and Sunday up until 11pm on both nights, and visits can be arranged anywhere in this time range as well.
We can offer support by telephone, via a remote connection into your PC or via a visit to your home. If you require a home visit, we will travel to you free of charge if you are within a 30 mile radius of Newcastle upon Tyne. Telephone and online support can be provided to anyone in the UK.
